If you are interested in applying for one of our apartment
homes, we may require a number of verifying documents like the items below.
Each household differs and may require a different mix of documents to fully
submit your application for approval. Our team will contact you after
application submission if further documentation or clarification is
needed. Your timely response to documentation requests will prevent
lengthy delays in the processing of your application.

Proof Of Identity |
Valid/Unexpired Government-Issues Photo ID for all persons 18 years of
age or older
Birth Certificate for all persons 17 years of age or younger

Proof of Income |
Most recent federal income tax returns for all self-employed
applicants
Four most recent, consecutive pay stubs
Most recent statements/documents (if applicable) for: Child Support,
Alimony, Social Security Benefits, Veteran’s Benefits, Unemployment Benefits,
Pensions and/or retirement, Disability Benefits, Regular Gifts or Contributions
from persons outside of household, Public Assistance Benefits, Any Additional
Recurring Income |

Self-declaration affidavit of assets (proof documents may be required,
